We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas).

Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene seals
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at purchase
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Your order number
- Item details (name, size/color)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and the RMA number

Refund Process
- Processing begins once we receive and inspect your return (allow 5-7 business days)

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
- If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
- Processing time is the same as refunds (5-7 business days after receipt)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and send a replacement at no cost
